Jonathan Topps: Property Development

With over 20 years' working in property development, Jonathan has put his hand to every kind of housing renovation and refurbishment, from complete new-builds to extensions, property maintenance, repairs, outdoor studios - and everything in between.

Working from Chalford across the Five Valleys of Stroud, Jonathan has built up a strong network of reliable experts - builders, groundworkers, joiners, carpenters, plasterers, electricians, plumbers, and other on-site tradesmen as well as architects and engineers - all coming together to turn ideas into reality.

In 2016, Jonathan and Rachel joined forces with colleagues to create Hilltopp Development Ltd, where projects have included the new-build Cotswold stone 'Church Cottage' in France Lynch, modern bungalow conversion, 'Orchard House' in Brimscombe and 

'Beech House', a 360m² new build in Randwick overlooking Stroud and the five valleys.
